Crystal clear drinking water anywhere
Our system is designed specifically for use in field conditions and is as simple to understand and maintain as possible. Does not require expensive or rare elements.
Built on the basis of a reverse osmosis system, which guarantees high quality purification.
Almost any water can be used as input: from a river, puddle, well.
Reverse osmosis systems are designed to purify water by passing it through a special reverse osmosis membrane under high pressure. As a result, the consumer receives permeate - crystal clear water, which is fed into the tank, and a concentrate that can be drained or used for other needs, such as washing dishes or things, etc.
Today, reverse osmosis is the most advanced solution in the field of providing water with safe characteristics for health and its purification. The method is recommended by experts for use in the EU, Canada, the USA, etc.
We conducted many tests to make sure that we can guarantee the quality of the source water and find the optimal energy-saving parameters of our system. As a result, from one full battery charge you can get about 55L of clean drinking water and 120L of purified water, which can be used for household needs.
We have also developed a specialized battery and battery charging system that allows you to recharge its capacity anywhere: from a socket, car or other 10-20V power source.
The device works as follows:
When power is supplied, the tank with purified drinking water is checked. If it is full, the system does not consume energy and waits until at least 10% of the water has been drained from the tank.
When the water level reaches 90% or less, the pump is activated. It sucks water through the filter from the dirty water tank and feeds it to the 3-stage filtration system.
After that, the water purified by the filters enters the membrane block under pressure. In this block, the flow is divided into permeate (water of the maximum degree of purification), and concentrate - all the rest of the water that has passed filtration, that is, has become quite clean, but WITHOUT a guarantee of its suitability for drinking. This means that purification only with the help of filters does not guarantee the complete absence of viruses, and also that the concentrate contains salts, unlike the permeate (the one that passed through the membrane and got into the tank).
Thus, it should be noted that salts and other compounds dissolved in water do not enter the tank, but drain outside. That is, the system plays the role of a desalinator. The ratio between permeate and concentrate, as already noted above, is about 30/70% for a new membrane and a typical salinity of water from a fresh river. The higher the salinity of the incoming liquid, the lower the permeate output from the of the same volume of filtered water.
Full control of the system operation and safety:
Under normal conditions, when the system pump is operating, the device is illuminated with a bright white light. When the suction water level drops below the permissible level, the pump stops working, and the backlight color changes to red. When the suction water level is restored, the device returns to normal operation (the white indicator lights up). There is also a pump pressure control system.
This system can be used in such areas as:
- Water purification when outdoors, for example in camps, caravans, etc.
- Rescue operations during natural disasters
- Laboratories where high-purity water is needed but not available. Please note that the water purified by the system is not distilled.
