The "GP-1" glass press is designed to effectively remove excess washing solution (NaCl) during manual determination of the volume of raw gluten in wheat and wheat flour in accordance with ISO 21415-1:2006.

Description devices.
The device consists of two glass plates with a rough surface. Durable aluminum hinges from an Italian manufacturer. The upper plate is lifted using a handle. The angle of the plates is 180 degrees, which makes the product easier to handle and clean.
Working methods:
To remove any remaining washing solution, the gluten ball is split in half to form plates.
The resulting plates are placed under the press for 5 seconds.
Then carefully move the gluten plates to another place in the press and close it again for 5 seconds. We repeat this operation 15 times.
The glass plates of the press should be dried after each operation.
