Crystal clear drinking water anywhere
Our system is designed specifically for use in the field and is as easy to understand and maintain as possible. Does not require precious or rare items.
Built on the principle of reverse osmosis, it guarantees high quality cleaning. Reverse osmosis systems are designed to purify water by passing it through a special reverse osmosis membrane under high pressure. As a result, the consumer receives permeate - crystal clear water that is fed into the tank and concentrate, which can be drained or used for other needs, such as washing dishes or things, etc.
Today, reverse osmosis is the most advanced solution in the field of providing water with health-safe characteristics and its purification. The method is recommended by experts for use in the EU, Canada, USA, etc. It is also actively used in Ukraine.
We have conducted many tests to make sure that we can guarantee the quality of the output product and find the optimal energy saving parameters of our system. As a result, from one full charge of the battery, you can get about 55 liters of clean drinking water and 120 liters of purified water that can be used for household needs.
The device works as follows:
When power is supplied, a tank with purified drinking water is checked. If it is full, the system will expect the water level in it to drop.
When the tank is not full, the high pressure pump is activated. It sucks water through a coarse mechanical particle filter from the dirty water tank and feeds it to a 3-stage filter system consisting of the following parts:
- 5 micron filter: removes large fractions from water (sand, dirt, rust) larger than 5 microns
- Carbon filter: cleans the liquid from harmful chemical and organic compounds.
- 1 µm filter: Purifies the water from organic compounds and protects the membrane from any particles larger than 1 µm.
Water purified with the help of filters enters the block with a membrane under pressure. in this block, the flow is divided into permeate (water of the maximum degree of purification, the one that passed through the membrane, consisting of H2O and a small amount of gases that diffused through the membrane) and the concentrate - all the rest of the water, including dissolved salts.
Thus, it should be noted that salts and other compounds dissolved in water do not enter the container, but flow out. That is, the system plays the role of desalination. The ratio between permeate and concentrate, as already mentioned above, is about 30/70% for the new membrane and the salinity of water from the Dnipro River typical for Ukraine. The higher the salinity of the incoming liquid, the lower the permeate output from the same volume of filtered water.
